Our Story

We are a family owned business group that love good food, good products and good cooking and we certainly enjoy our business.

We have been in the industry for almost ten years, from our home country, Venezuela, and since 2016 in sunny and gorgeous South East Florida.

As entrepreneurs -with different backgrounds- we decided to endeavor in the United States with innovative products that help our host society to cherish their healthy goals.

What we do

We process Seafood and convert it into Carpaccios (thinly sliced meat).

Our products are Preservatives/Additives-Free, only frozen thinly sliced raw fish or cooked octopus.

We join efforts with renowned chefs and nutritionists to advice our consumers on how to serve, ganish and consume our carpaccios.

We craft our products using seafood from sustainable sources only; managing and controlling our small-scale production with the highest technological tools and with the guidance of national and international standards for hygiene and health criteria using Authorities Approved HACCP plans.

Certifications

Our Small-Scale processing site its certified by Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Food Safety and Consumer Services and HACCP Plan Approved. All our personnel is certified in ServSafe-Food Safety as Food Handler, Food Manager and Seafood HACCP Training.
